Madam Councel...nice to see you back...you,re right about the drama...What everyone is forgetting, there is another case..Emperial /Huffman/Board of Directors/Plaintiif-vs--Emperial Alonzo Pierce/Defendent. Sarasota 12 Circuit Court...60 days are up today for Plaintiff to respond...if not.. ordered by Judge Bonner to be thrown out..Dismissal of Proscution Sept 23rd.......now granted it,s a old case..but it can,t help, but help us...Giddy-Up

Summary judgement was cancelked by the Court ... duevto filed opposition by the plaintiff 1 DAY BEFORE THE HEARING. Thus, the whole rigamarole is to go to discovery re: the disputed unregistered certs. SCM has gone turncoat, new players have arrived, Sunscotter, Lownranger still up to the same ole, odd PRs out of AP and the exclaimed 'imminent launch' of Besado 'Herbal Infused Teqkillya'.
