Exactly...I believe they increased it by 500M for aquistions and so they can also maintain controlling interest in the company. I could be being naive but things seem to be pointing in the right direction...MLHC

Some insiders may have sold shares owned

at the end of 3rd quarter and then issued

more quarterly draw shares in the 4th quarter

to get to those numbers...

None of the company insiders are filing Form 4

filings after they receive shares...

So you don't know if they are selling at times

because they aren't filing ownership...

So that is a non-existent paper trail to

follow insider share activity...
