I don't know man things can get extremely emotional on this board I try to keep it straight to point only articulating facts and reason. This isn't the first time this has occurred. There really isn't justification for this level of hysteria.
I remain confident that macro droughts entire southwest will not compromise this venture 20/40/50 years from now. Especially consider city "doesn't even come close tapping out aquifer"
And that's where conversation ends I am not making any comments about you, running board etc it's emotional and not necessary
