Why do I waste my time?

Staying where we are now and moving the share price to a $1.00 would make the market cap currently at about $780M.

Doing a 1:20 reverse split and moving to the NASDAQ a share price of $15 would equate to a market cap of $585M.

$780M is achievable on the OTC market but $585 isn't achievable on the NASDAQ?

LOL!!!

p.s. Assumes current number of shares outstanding would stay at the current number which won't happen but it's irrelevant because it would have a proportionate impact under either scenario.

I think Slants is bang on with his assessment and Gerald would not R/S until blockbuster news was imminent. AMBS is not a dead shell company and should not be compared as such.

AMBS continues to de-risk assets and large institutions won't touch ANYTHING with a PPS less than $5.00 which IMO makes a R/S necessary at some point.

Good luck

The NASDAQ will be the place to be....if you want to make money and get Institutional sponsorship and buying....strong business fundamentals and great Science will take care of the Shorts.
