Very true DIDDY and it was so said at the time. CAPN had a role also...MP moved the emphasis to PPs rather than public shareholders. Got CDEX off the pinks or grays.

But all of the time..it was a scam...NOW A DEAD SCAM..ACTUALLY IT HAS BEEN DEAD. ALMOST since MP made the PIPE loan...

JBs BK was just a finishing nail in the coffin.

BTW, I do not believe that the ANGELS are providing money to CDEX unless it is by PP shares.

The SEC could not find enough evidence to sue them, which is why the SEC did not go after them. The SEC had plenty of funds to do whatever it took to get them, but they did not go after them.

There was no scheme, lol. Just conspiracy crap abounding out of a circle of flies.

What is getting real old is the complete disregard for the current Cdex shareholders, who would like to get a return of some sort, but the same old deceiving post keep coming.

Why is it so important to you that Cdex Inc fail?

Why is it you wish such a fate on the Cdex shareholders and funders of Cdex?
