Everybody makes mistakes (i.e. the company hiring Fowler which led to the bogus PR)...at least they corrected it by issuing that PR and getting rid of Fowler in the process. This coupled with what I read in that "letter to shareholders" looks like DNAX is trying to do everything in their power to gain shareholder confidence back by being upfront and truthful with information regarding business operations--that's more than I can say for 99% of these pinkies.
