ITNS and Dr Charles B Hensley are very real. Zicam is very real. Dr Hensley created Zicam. Emesyl is very real. Dr Hensly through Oasis Health Products will be producing and releasing Emesyl very soon. You will more than likely be able to pick it up at your local wal-mart. As far as the pps of the stock, better than Zicam.
