I've been in stocks that underwent reverse mergers, whereby a fairly successful private company eases in, but I've never held stock in a company that was acquired. What are the pros and cons ?

I remember when Manos made those statements...only problem with the scenario is that he never grew the business! He had them in GNC and Sheetz in addition to Amazon, but couldn't keep up with demand. This is/was his personal ATM to satisfy his rumored gambling debts.

Could REED be acquiring Active Health Foods? I'm digging into this as I post this. Apparently AHFD's outstanding shares just increased from around 600 Million to nearly 17 Billion. That is a humongous jump. As you posted yesterday, it would make perfect sense that AHFD is being acquired. They have good products, and industry leaders surely recognize that.
