Im talking about after the first PR with seeing how many shares went off below .02 you gotta be realistic, based off the chart and seeing how people buying these past few days will be up 200-300%. I think .035 maybe .04 is a legit price target for the first PR about placement. IMO .20 is a long term price target now.
