hispeedsoul, the increase of 11,750 is what brings his ownership up to 9.99% based on the common shares outstanding. If you look at the two filings, the outstanding shares has increased (most likely the exercise of warrants). I was looking at the bottom of the footnote, which indicates how many shares are "excluded" in his aggregate holdings to determine the actual increase.

I added another 2500 shares yesterday to an already fairly large position. Despite the move to higher prices around the $12 area, I personally believe current fair value should be approximately 2X the current price, approximately $21-$25.

Some may recall my posts from many months back when the shares traded around $6. I then suggested I believed the shares should have been at least $10-$12 at that time. Today, we are merely where I thought we should have been then, and look how much has changed since.

To me, current pricing in no way accounts for the underlying asset value of the company or the associated likely future value of the associated cash flow and profits.

Said it before but will say it again, Doug Croxall remains one of the most talented executives I've ever invested in. He and his team have been exceptional at creating shareholder value thus far.

Still just early innings in my opinion.
