It's a station that would connect to an oil field or a land fill, or a coal mine etc. Wherever there would normally be a flare burning off the waste gas there can now be an encr plant taking advantage of the low grade gas and using it to fire a turbine to create electricity. There is no transportation of the gas. The plant is inserted directly to the location of the place that is producing the methane.
