I believe the annual report just released states NEOM has not issued dividends in the past and has no plans to do so in the future.

And on the theory of a forward stock split, once again that idea is ridicules. Companies generally do a forward stock split, to lower the pps, to attract new retail investors, who didnt buy cause the price per share was so high. This in turn creates higher volume and in essence is a reward for longs. As new investors buy that can now afford the stock because of the cheaper price, they drive the price back up.

When you have a penny stock, trading at .30 there is no need to lower the pps so the average investor can afford the stock. Anyone that cant afford to buy a .30 stock shouldnt be investing. And to do the 5-1 I saw posted here, to lower the price to .06 a share is not even considerable. It would cause much more volatility, and attract many more day traders, both not good for the long stock holder, and every CEO knows that. It also contradicts their plan to get relisted, when to do that they need a higher pps, not a lower one.
