I believe what comes FROM THE COMPANY, not one single board member. GOT IT?

Board members have zero liability for their actions. Employees do, as we witnessed with Fowler's "mistake". He was terminated and for good reason. Now the company will move forward and do what many other pinks will never do, MOVE ACTUAL PRODUCT

I agree 100% - that was complete BS about "retained litigation counsel to pursue Mr. Fowler" - will absolutely never happen - that would open up DNAX to discovery and I am certain they don't want anyone looking to closely as their "business".

I would love to hear what Fowler has to say about the DNAX fiasco.

Current management are either complicit or their level of incompetence is unmatched.
