You can run a negative for years and that does not mean that you are going to go broke or issue massive dilution shares. It takes time to turn a profit in any company. If they leverage their debt right, down the line they can pay that back with either revenues or issuing shares at a higher cost per share. I'm not saying that you might not be right in your thought process, but that is speculation right now.
