Again, where is the proof? All speculation. Last quarter clearly shows a drop of 25 million in the oustanding and that is just from the restated quarter to the recent one in about two weeks time. How can you say there is massive dilution going on?
"As of August 9, 2014, there were 425,883,176 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding." Wheres the massive dilution everyone is screaming. From these numbers is it around $25 mil less than the last figure they gave us???
"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: As of July 29,2014, there were 450,115,424 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding"
