I looked at it, Company only has $310k in debt, which is NOTHING in pennyland, once we get the name change and CEO puts out news on what he is doing and where we're heading, we're heading out of trips..... Just right now is the waiting game. Nothing in the 10Q showed anything of major concern for a penny play.
