Clearly you need to do more research. "Non-cash expenses" are just that, NOT CASH. They are capital expenses and in this case it looks to be goods that are already paid for. It seems they have chosen to use the credit now in a lump sum instead of breaking it up over multiple years. This was most likely done to decrease taxes that will be owed. IT IS NOT CASH OR CREDIT THAT IS OWED TO ANYONE!
