I'm thinking you are right. I ordered my sample pack the day it was available and mine is not actually shipping until anytime between 28 Aug - 8 Sep. Also, with the website not having the "locations" feature the PR said it would, i'm thinking that they haven't made a full route of distro yet or havn't offically put these in stores. The PR just talked about the distro contract with drink king.
Hopefully that "locations" feautre on the website is up and running soon, that will mark the official "in store" launch.
