Problem is, I never said there was insider trading. I said there could be if certain parties are privileged to info that shareholders are not. Big difference, but all that is besides the point. Like I said, the complaint is filed. If the S.E.C finds any substance so be it. If they don't so be it. Could care either way, already laid out my plan and if Yellow is not put out next week, there will be a few more available shares to purchase. Peace!
