Actually this is why 4K studios is likely not listed there. They are a (likely non-operating) subsidiary created by Nanotech.
An excerpt from one of Nanotech's Q's:
A subsidiary can use the parent's identity (and stock etc.) if that is how they've decided to keep it (i.e. non operating). It could even be a notional stock piece, depending on how Nanotech decided to form the subsidiary. Then they can use the name (i.e. 4K studios) and do business with that name and report revs etc. and pay taxes etc. through the parent company, Nanotech Entertainment.
Many companies and their subsidiaries are structured in that way. Not a big deal.
