LIQD, well it's gives the appearance that the new or another fund has been loaded from maybe $1.70 all the way down to $1.25 and now it "could" be time to begin to travel up fighting shorty on the way. But if it's 1 of the top 20 hedge funds that was mentioned they'll win when they want imo.
