I did not ignore the Aug 12 buy, you did. It says so on your chart. I took it and lost.

As for Aug 15 buy I did not even consider it a buy because at the time I was under the impression that there had to be a higher low, which there was not. I'm glad I didn't take it as it was a loss also.

That candle on Aug 15th would have given me a lot of concern. The market opened way down, then rebounced to a high that was higher than the last 3 days, and then close at the same place as the day before. Not the kind of action I would expect for the trade to be successful.
