Further to your question Pasta, in full disclosure I fully expect another stock offering in the very near future. And I think you saw them set up the price for it with the debt buy back they did last week. So I expect any where from 25-50M new shares offered at a price of $0.20.
They have absolutely no money - not even enough to get them thru their obligations of the next 30 days.
I do not see this as a bad thing though - quite the opposite it would be a very positive approach to stabilizing the company. The funds would cover them for a while, and allow them to then get other financing for the projects they are due to close on in October.
As long as the offering is for 20 cents or more - I'm good as I'm averaged in around 12.
