That's what makes no sense to me. Why would a company co finance a movie and now a discovery channel show on top of auditing their financials if it was a scam??? That seems like a lot of money to blow to be a pump n dump...the pump hasn't even happened yet anyways but I think that Canada will trade again. I'm curious as to what this audit update will say that Ed said is coming
Sorry Osten for not replying last night. I had used my 15 in one day posts which is a first. But, no, there really are not NDA's for a financial transaction of funding a company. There's no reason that I can think of where someone funding a company would care to have an NDA and even if there were a special case the numbers would show in the filings they would simply not have an explanation.
