desperation by mgmt due to pps is the last thing one should hope to see

The best way they can increase the PPS is to increase SALES and hold down Admin costs at this point IMHO
But one should not be looking for a fast move anymore as conditions here have changed dramatically in the last six months. Example: No longer expecting sales for 2015 to hit 35 MIL now, 10 MIL or a little higher under current rate MAY be doable but will have to wait and see what comes in the year ahead.
