Mitra-Reddy is employed as Vice President of Business Development. The base salary is $180,000 per year, payable in the month increments of $15,000. As a signing bonus for entering into the agreement, the party received 18,000,000 shares and will be issued 4,000,000 shares per quarter for eight (8) quarters.The employee is also eligible for performance bonuses and to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Employee is also entitled to participate in employee benefit plans, including health and retirement plans created hereafter.
