short call...Sam was guarded and offered very little, if any, guidance going forward. I did catch the $50 million in revenue expectation, though.

I was looking for more about the "assumption of debt" that was mentioned in press rrelease. What was the $4-5 million in liabilities for Fresh Diet....sam didn't seem concerned by it, but I got lost here. I think IVFH is going to release more details in the days to come.

Exciting times for IVFH shareholders, for sure. Short, but peppy call.
