John Kirkland and Ironridge RAPED NEWL and bled its shareholders of $$$MILLIONS. Kirkland is a scumbag and Ironridge is a SCAM and shit company, IMO. That is why so many suits against them have been filed.
When a RAPE is commenced, someone that says "that's enough, stop" is the victim, not the defendant in court. IR RAPED NEWL and all its investors so a loophole bonanza could be reaped by a few gangsters at the expense of a struggling company facing enormous challenges it did not create. A host of small, private investors that had a belief in NEWL's future got killed. NEWL shares at this price are like "The Silence of the Lambs" written by "The Wolf of Wall Street."
