In fairness, the disclosure on the 2013 annual report states he was no longer an owner (if this is indeed referring to GreenPay).

I called the Delaware Sec State to try and see history of ownership. Unfortunately, DE does not require LLCs to name owners, officers or directors. Other states would, but apparently it has never qualified as a foreign LLC in any other state (seems to be a theme).

The two companies did have the same address.

So what I've owned several business and they have all had the same address! You have to keep separate books on each company. If you decided to merge two of them you have to do it properly. The same as if you were buying it from some one else. Ed did the right thing, he let us as share holders know what he did. BTW there is nothing underhanded about it at all!
