Toxic financing at it's worst - no company can survive this kind of debt.

It will be interesting to see if the S-1 PHOT has to file will ever pass SEC comments - first after being suspended and two, after the toxic debt.

Also, it is obvious PHOT has no control over the operating costs as they have lost just in operation $3,741,000 in the first 6 months of 2014.
