Down 8.3% on 1.1M shares. My guess is more $.05 PIPE have become unrestricted and are locking in a nice profit.

Nice volume today. Any ideas as to why?

The trades that went thru today were very highly indicative of liquidation, and if you look in the SEC filings at the list of shares that are hanging out in the float, the .05 PIPE shares are the ONLY ones who would be selling significant blocks at current price levels.
