you have a higher opinion of lawyers than I do.
And i hope someone does throw them under the bus.
It would be HUGE.

I also agree the punishment of disbarment is powerful. While Lawyers think they are smarter than everyone else and deserve privileged status- They do think everyone else is as devious as them and are probably fearful the will get ratted out.

Don't think so... remember the Judge said anything leaked will become unusable for court proceedings. Plus other severe punishments.

Basically, she says to the government "you can conceal and I will make sure it is not leaked".
