Actually I had sent one to the email you posted and it was forwarded to Lou. Lou is taking care of all emails and correspondence, as AP is focusing on the business and the Besado launch. You have to ask yourself; would you rather have a CEO that responds to these type of emails, or have a CEO that delegates these sort of tasks and focuses on the business? I know, both; right? LOL

The last I corresponded with Lou, he said that if he cannot answer something, that he will contact AP and get the answers you need. Nice guy and easy to talk to.

You have to think about this logically. It is really a matter of priorities, making efficient use of time, and delegation. AP is making better decisions everyday with these sort of things IMO.

P.S. Goes to show that the money many had complained about is being spent on MUCH more than just some Tweeting and website advertising. Very well spent and smart business strategy IMO.
