I dont understand why its so difficult for the brokers and the SEC to make the brokers do the right thing? All they have to do is refund our money. They never got the shares. They just took our money and gave us nothing in return. Hiding behind the global lock is a false defense but no oversight organization will do the right thing. They're worthless organizations in place to protect the brokerages and big monied investors as in the Bernie Maddoff case. That's all they are. Notice how those plaintiffs got justice.
Did you see recently how the SEC went after some penny stock hustlers for ill gotten gains but they don't seem to have the energy to go after the brokerages in our case. Apparently they want a job at some point with the very companies they're in charge of overseeing (protecting) so that's why we sit here fleeced.
