I must admit to being a little confused by this Form 4 as well. It seems all the ones I've looked at recently had a very clear statement along the lines of "in lieu of compensation" somewhere at the bottom and I didn't see that here so I also assumed it was a cash purchase. Then there's also the fact that they usually come in a flurry of individual notifications, one for each director, but so far this one stands alone (like the cheese, and yes, that's a joke reference to the bullshit reasoning behind why our executive compensation is so bloated while we've yet to show a profit).
