Oh! please ask about the various finance options Mel is currently researching/considering (we want to make sure no toxic debt will be incurred)

I too would like to know the current share structure and any plans in the immediate future to alter that share structure. Thanks for posting all the info & photos! :)

Kristi Here are some.

Is it plausible to engage Amazon as a distribution option?

The current distributors that carry known in question competition should be checked to insure they are putting forth reasonable efforts to place product.

Can folks promote it where there aren’t distributors carrying it?

Can individuals try to influence distributors in their areas?

Does the company have loyal sales teams to place product?

Avoid toxic debt sub basis point stock conversions as finance options.

Sell shares to the market at market prices rather than creating huge blocks of price crushing shares in the hands of financiers.

Could real sales attempts be made by loyal salespeople to set trials with the likes of the big box execs?

"ya'll ask me the questions and I'll put it on my list of things to talk about next time I'm over there."

Huh? A Florida native that uses "ya'll"?!? I thought people only do that in Texas!

Information I would like to see shared with shareholders:

1) What is the current stock share structure (ie: We already know A/S is 1 Billion from the amended Articles of Incorporation filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, but how many shares are Outstanding (O/S) and how many are restricted (ie: not currently tradable) <OR> how many are in the float (ie: freely traded)?)?

2) If DNA management wants shareholders to trust them, when will DNA Brands authorize their transfer agent to provide the current stock share structure to anyone who calls the transfer agent? Attempting to hide that information only breeds distrust and makes the stock less desirable to prospective shareholders.

3) Who manufactures the actual DNA Energy Drink liquids, and where does that happen? Can you visit that facility and take some pictures?

4) Who cans the DNA Energy Drink liquid into cans, and where does that happen? Can you visit that facility and take some pictures?

5) Can you get a list of all current distributors, and regions of the country where they are placing DNA Energy Drinks into stores (ie: cities or counties for each distributor), the names of the store chains that each distributor services (so we can stop hunting blindly in efforts to confirm that the products really are there), and when each distributor started to carry DNA Energy Drinks?

6) Can you get a list of all previous distributors, and regions of the country where they were placing DNA Energy Drinks into stores (ie: cities or counties for each distributor), the names of the store chains that each distributor serviced, and the start and end dates when each former distributor carried DNA Energy Drinks? We want to know about areas of the country where product was formerly distributed but has now been lost.

7) Do they expect to lose any more distributors this year?

8) DNA Brands has engaged two beverage brokers to assist them in moving inventory quickly. Will this result in a net loss on sale of that inventory, or is a net profit still expected?

9) What can we shareholders do to help DNA management grow the business? This might include, but would not be limited to, purchase of new shares of stock directly from the company instead of allowing toxic financiers purchase and dump large numbers of shares, gathering intelligence at the retail stores or the distribution channels, and providing intelligence about local markets that Florida-based management may not be able to inexpensively acquire.
