I did get a email from that poster ,I do not swear to the validity of the email but did get a copy forwarded to me ,was shocked to even read it ,not going to throw money at the offer BUT HOPE IT HAPPENS FER PEEPS STILL IN.

I HAVE NEVER KNOWN ROBERT THAYER TO BE UP AND DOING BUSINESS AT 5 IN THE MORNING EVER, BUT THATS THE EDT TIME STAMP ,WEIRD.

They were delayed due to personal reasons which will not be discussed. Given our recent strategic focus, we plan on moving forward in our business ventures in the near future. Our stock holders are of our primary concern; therefore it is in our best interest to reduce the number of shares in the market which would in turn benefit investors.
