The "darkside" you speak of has turned off the market since April. It's been off for 4-5 months except for these tiny little pops you speak of. The "pot" era was just an excuse they needed to run some stocks for some very excessive gains... baiting regular shareholders along the way with the "pot" story.
The "darkside" is always and I repeat always in control... the real question is when do they turn the market back on?
They are bleeding retail investors a bit too much with all the dilution and red we have seen the last few months. They need to make retail a little money here soon to keep them in the game.
When do you think the darkside starts running some stocks.

very strange action...tons of support suddenly appears @ .001/.0012 on this stock today and VFIN shows up and the volume begins...but the stock isn't going down...this is not normal retail action for this ticker
