I believe that she (Ms. PEARl ASIA) is not a criminal because she has not been convicted (as far as I know). If she is, she should have been jailed. I do not believe that it is lawful or ethical to call someone as a criminal if the person has not been proven GUILTY. If the person has been proven GUILTY, the person can be called criminal and should be in a JAIL or similar place.

With current increase in global security, criminals cannot easily hide or escape from justice. Therefore, please stop calling someone a criminal before the person has been proven guilty by court of law.
