Eric Kelly who happens to be the chairman of the board of both ANY and OVRL has executed the merger of both perfectly thus far. Most probably at arms length during the preliminary process, Kelly had the vision of the two companies merging to become a major global force regarding not only the cloud but the ability to have storage capacity to fulfill those needs. He has even gone so far as to remove himself from the process as to not show any bias in the negotiations after the initial N/R of the pending merger. Brilliant is the only word that would describe his knowledge and ability to bring these two together to form what will one day soon be called the benchmark of cloud computing.
