I kinda always thought what I was hearing was to good to be true. Luckily my avg is around .169 but I have many people I got involved with this POS with avg of .28 .40 .48 .70 and .95 and few others. I was fed some lies but I do blame myself mostly though. I thought we had a good team and I was continuously adding and so was my group I had lead into this crap.
