Tried already, I'm sure its something vague, probably for something as simple as having multiple residences someone just suggested. They simply won't give an answer, they literally banned me from using them again, and the reps won't pass me to the legal team for explanation. Not the end of the world, just kinda surprising out of nowhere. I'll keep digging, on phone again with different rep. I'll pass on what I find, glad to know it isn't ACLP issue
