A patent is a legal right to exclude other from making, using, selling that which you have patented.

Infringement does NOT occur unless each and every element of the claim has been infringed. For example, nobody will be infringing these patents simply because they capture biometrics.

If you consider claim 1, one of the primary elements is: "comparing scanned actual fingerprint of the potential user to said fingerprint data contained on said identification card"

Nobody (including American Green) is currently doing this and therefore nobody is infringing these patents.
