I was wondering the same thing, thus I called the contact on the extension filing and asked. Chene Gardner…and leme tell ya; it was tough to get through….

HE IS A VERY BUSY PERSON, and I appreciated him taking the time to communicate….it did take me multiple attempts.

5 calendar days is what I was told….

Im transparent, it would have been nice to tell the board originally that it wasn't til thursday . that would = for more time for accumulation…..

i was told 5 calendar days, not business days


even though most sec forms r business days…

lots on the table.

but i don't BS….

today folks. and theres no bias influence. just the facts.
