The board of directors don't have anything to do with Nanologix. They've never been to a shareholders meeting, they don't have meetings of any kind at all. It's all a farce. I'd be surprised if a couple of the board members has even heard of Nanologix before. What does a deep sea diver and a children's book author have in common with this company? Absolutely not a thing.
