If I strive and work real hard, perhaps I can attain your level of sainthood. And no, I don't consider your sanctimony to be "simple good manners." I'm no saint. But neither am I blind to your word games.
Nevertheless, if it makes you feel better to play schoolmarm from time to time, knock yourself out. And I apologize in advance if I fall short of the sort of overly-interventionist moderation that feels compelled to buttinski, interject, call on the carpet, or otherwise sanctimoniously denounce everything I think might be somehow offensive to someone. It's fairly clear different people are annoyed by different things. You and I serving as a good example of that.
p.s. don't kid yourself, although I do find immodesty in personal finance unpalatable, that has nothing to do with discussing merits of investment vehicles.
