He's the same guy who was talking about a RM with his company into this ticker, he was buying in the open market to achieve majority stake. Haven't seen him buying since beginning of spring. Looks like he only has about 1/4 of the majority. He mentioned he couldn't find out from anyone how many he needed for take over, looks like now he has some more buying to achieve the 51% he wanted to take over the shell.
If I remember correctly, it went to 0024 within 1 hour on his assumptions before funneling back down on silence.
