It was not proven science that citrus juice cures scurvy until a large number of sailors were given citrus juice and didn't get scurvy. That was a public demonstration, with the protocol and results available to everyone.
NNVC like other developmental stage companies did their own studies (and contracted out a few to other scientists operating under non-disclosure agreements) so nobody knows what they really did or what their results really were except through NNVC's own claims. (Dr. Harris is not free to voice her views about Denguecide, we only know NNVC's claims about her views.)
So right now your confidence in nanoviricides is based solely upon your willingness to believe in both the competence and the honesty of Drs. Diwan and Seymour. It is faith based science. Proven science doesn't require that I put all my trust in one or two people with PhDs.
