I would agree with you in regards to Rich on vacation. I think people are over reacting a little bit here. I totally agree that he should have setup his voicemail or email to let people know. I don’t think the company needs to have someone fill in for him while he is out. I also don’t feel he needs to check his email or voicemail while on vacation. This isn’t a fortune 500 company, YET! They have limited resources and I think you need to be understanding of that. Rich isn’t the one negotiating a deal, so him being away really isn’t that big a factor.
I think we need to wait to hear his response before jumping off a cliff. I have followed this stock for years and every time I have left him a message, he has gotten back to me within a day. I contacted him 2 weeks ago and he got right back to me.
As far as the offer, nobody but the insiders have any idea, but I’m sure it was a low ball offer, that is how this stuff works. The BOD even talked about this on the conference call. This was the first official written offer, they are now negotiating, you don’t ever take the first offer. We can speculate all we want, but that is all it is. Just because there hasn’t been an update, it doesn’t mean things are bad. Doesn’t mean they are good either, we just don’t know. This isn’t their first rodeo, the BOD truly does know what they are doing and I feel they are going to work the best possible option for us. Purchase, licensing, whatever it is.
