Yeah with everything the company has planned it's only a matter of time....Could be as early as November.

A few things would have to happen imo.

1. INCC goes current. This will take off the Caveat Emptor and bring in a whole new wave of investors.

2. INCC updates us on grow operations in various parts of the country, the more deals they close the higher the projected revenues = higher pps.

3. Share retirement of 3 billion.
